License Portability

These compacts create reciprocal professional licensing. The Council of State Governments is partnering with the Department of Defense, the American Dental Association, and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association to support the mobility of licensed dentists and dental hygienists through the development of a new interstate compact

TSBDE

TSBDE is the licensing agency for dentistry and makes the rules and regulations related to dentistry in TX.

HYPAC

What is HYPAC?

Tex HYPAC is TDHA’s Political Action Committee. It raises money to support legislative activities and allows TDHA to make financial contributions to legislators. HYPAC represents the professional interests of all hygienists in Texas.

Legislators are the best advocates for getting our voice heard! Find out who represents you and visit them at their Capitol office in Austin, their local office, or virtually online.

What Can You Do?

Get to know who represents you in both the Texas Senate and House of Representatives. Donate to legislative campaigns by helping with fundraising and election efforts!
